AI-Driven Automation for Airbnb Bookings

A hospitality operator managing 20+ Airbnb units faced significant operational friction due to the lack of a Property Management System (PMS) and Airbnb’s restricted API ecosystem. Without official APIs, all reservation updates — from new bookings to guest changes — had to be manually processed. Staff spent hours daily extracting booking details, creating door codes, and sending messages to guests via Airbnb’s interface. To solve this, we built an end-to-end AI automation workflow that handles the entire process automatically.
